Who We Are
The Association for Development and Empowerment of Indigenous Persons with Disabilities (AIPDDE) is a non-profit organization established on May 16, 2024, in Damak, Nepal. AIPDDE is committed to advocating for the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of indigenous persons with disabilities, including marginalized groups such as Dalits and LGBTQ+ individuals. Guided by the principles of human rights, our organization strives to create a dignified and inclusive society where every individual can thrive.
We operate under the frameworks of national and international conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that indigenous persons with disabilities, especially women and girls, have equal opportunities to participate in all spheres of life. Through advocacy, education, and skill development, we aim to empower individuals to live independently and with dignity.

Rights Advocacy
Promote social, political, economic, and cultural rights for indigenous persons with disabilities.
